Ep 6. Unstuck - Find your strengths and narrow your gap
Sometimes we get overwhelmed by the amount of things we need to do that our wellness is compromised. In continuation to part 1, part 2 is composed of revisiting the eulogy and making plans to take actions of the things that you want to do. If you are struggling to find out what you need to do next, evaluate where you are now and where you want to be. Then decide what items you need to complete in order for you to get closer to point B and follow through with it. Knowing you why ultimately gives you the mojo to continue on. So don't give up!
